Who We Are
Our Georgia Family Connection Collaborative serves as the local decision-making body, bringing community partners together to develop, implement, and evaluate plans that address the serious challenges facing our children and families.
Lumpkin County Family Connection is part of Georgia Family Connection, the only statewide network in the nation dedicated exclusively to the health and well-being of families and communities. As a member of this pioneering network, we collaborate at the local level to identify challenges, set priorities, and implement strategies that improve outcomes for children and families in Lumpkin County.
Lumpkin County Family Connection is recognized by the Georgia Family Support Network as a Family Resource Center meeting fidelity to the National Family Resource Center Model.
As Thanksgiving approaches, Thankful Hearts is preparing to provide Thanksgiving groceries to 150 local families in need, and we would love for you to be part of making that possible!
We are reaching out to new community sponsors who would consider helping a family enjoy a Thanksgiving meal filled with warmth, dignity, and hope. Every donation makes a difference, and your generosity can help ensure that a local family has the groceries they need to celebrate Thanksgiving.
