Thanksgiving is a time for gratitude, family, and gathering around the table. Thankful Hearts – Take-N-Bake is a community effort created to help local families enjoy a Thanksgiving meal together, regardless of their circumstances.
Whether you are a family seeking assistance or someone who would like to give back, there is a place for you in this effort.

- Submit your application by the deadline.
- Applications will be reviewed, and eligible applicants will be contacted with additional information about pickup or distribution.
